TECHNICAL FINALIZATION
Short Description
We convert the confirmed solution into a technical agreement that defines system configuration, technical parameters, interface requirements, project scope, and execution basis.
TECHNICAL FINALIZATION
Detailed Description
The Technical Finalization phase is where the confirmed solution becomes a more execution-ready technical reference. After the project direction and readiness are confirmed, Renon prepares a technical agreement based on the final solution and project-specific requirements. This phase is critical because successful project delivery depends on clear technical alignment. In energy storage projects, even small misunderstandings in technical parameters, communication interfaces, operating conditions, installation requirements, or testing expectations can create issues later during delivery, commissioning, or acceptance. The technical agreement helps prevent this by documenting the key technical details of the project. It may include product model, system configuration, battery capacity, voltage level, PCS or inverter requirements, communication protocol, EMS requirements, monitoring needs, operating environment, protection logic, applicable standards, testing requirements, documentation responsibilities, and project-specific notes.
INTEGRATION
Connecting Every System
Renon clarifies how the BESS interfaces with inverters, PCS, solar systems, generators, grid equipment, EMS platforms, monitoring systems, and customer-side controls to reduce uncertainty during implementation.
BOUNDARIES
Defining Project Scope
Technical Finalization defines what is included in the solution, what depends on site conditions, what must be provided by third parties, and what requires customer confirmation.
DOCUMENTATION
Building an Execution Basis
Technical drawings, system diagrams, interface descriptions, test plans, and communication requirements are prepared to create a clear and shared technical foundation before delivery and handover.
Finalizing the Technical Foundation
Turning Confirmed Requirements into Clear Technical Agreement
Turning Confirmed Requirements into Clear Technical Agreement
Renon consolidates system configuration, interface conditions, testing requirements, and project-specific technical details into a structured agreement—reducing ambiguity, aligning all stakeholders, and creating a reliable basis for implementation, verification, and handover.
What Renon Does in This Phase
What Renon Does in This Phase
Renon prepares the technical agreement based on the confirmed solution and project requirements. Key elements such as system configuration, capacity, voltage, communication, interfaces, and testing requirements are clearly defined. Any remaining technical or site-related issues are identified before the project moves forward.
What Customers Can Expect
What Customers Can Expect
Customers receive a structured technical agreement that clearly records the project’s technical basis. It covers confirmed system parameters, interface requirements, testing expectations, and key execution details. This also improves coordination with technical teams, EPC partners, installers, and procurement teams.
Customer Value
Customer Value
This phase reduces technical ambiguity before implementation and creates a reliable reference for delivery, testing, and acceptance. Customers gain a clear understanding of what has been agreed and what execution should be based on. The result is a stronger foundation for project verification and handover.
