The Review & Future Growth phase extends the Renon customer journey beyond project acceptance. For Renon, a completed project is not only the end of delivery. It is also the beginning of long-term value creation.
After the project has been accepted, Renon supports a structured review of the completed project. This review may include the original project background, selected products, system configuration, key technical conclusions, acceptance results, delivery records, and customer feedback. The purpose is to create a clear project summary that can be used for future reference and long-term planning.
This phase helps customers understand what has been achieved and what can come next. Energy storage systems often create value over a long operating period. After a project enters operation, customers may discover new needs such as capacity expansion, additional backup requirements, improved monitoring, operating strategy optimization, service renewal, spare parts planning, or additional project deployment.
