DISCOVERY & OPPORTUNITY
Short Description
We help customers define the starting point of their project by understanding their business background, application scenario, initial requirements, and expected timeline.
DISCOVERY & OPPORTUNITY
Detailed Description
The Discovery & Opportunity phase is the first step in the Renon customer journey. The goal is to understand the customer, project background, target application, and key business or technical objectives. Most energy storage projects begin with a general need—such as reducing energy costs, improving backup power, integrating solar, replacing lead-acid batteries, supporting peak shaving, or developing a microgrid—rather than a fully defined solution. Renon helps turn these early ideas into a clearer project direction by collecting essential information such as project location, application, timeline, preferred product type, and known technical or commercial requirements. This allows us to identify the most suitable solution path, from residential and C&I storage to mobile systems, lead-acid replacement, microgrids, or customized solutions.
ALIGNMENT
Turning Requirements into a Clear Framework
Renon organizes key project requirements—including capacity, power demand, site conditions, operating strategy, grid connection, system compatibility, communication, certification, schedule, and commercial expectations—into a structured framework for solution development.
CLARITY
Reducing Rework Through Early Definition
Clear early-stage communication helps identify critical needs before solution development begins, reducing repeated revisions, unnecessary back-and-forth, and potential execution delays while improving overall project efficiency.
DIRECTION
Establishing a Reliable Starting Point
The goal is not to finalize every technical detail immediately, but to establish a shared understanding of the project background, application scenario, and major requirements—creating a clear foundation for the next stage of development.
Building Clarity at the Start of Every Project
From Initial Inquiry to a Structured Project Direction

Renon helps customers clarify project goals, organize key requirements, and identify the most suitable solution path from the earliest stage. Through structured communication, relevant guidance, and clear next steps, both sides establish a shared understanding that supports efficient solution development and confident project progression.
